Licence summaries

When you buy one of our packs, you are purchasing a licence to use our sounds in your projects. You do not own the sounds nor is this a licence to resell or repackage our sounds in any way. Here’s an overview of how it works with a link to the full licence below – if anything is unclear, just reach out to us to discuss your questions:

Hybrid Packs
// Music + SFX
Royalty-free for sound effects. Music beds are PRO-registered (PRS and affiliates) – cue sheets may be required. You may not register original music beds or stems with any PRO or rights management system unless they are transformed into a substantially new work.
SFX Packs
// Sound effects only
100% royalty-free. No PRO reporting required.
Music Packs
// Music only
PRO-registered (PRS and affiliates). Cue sheets must credit Hoeben Media Limited and the composer as listed in the example cue sheet included in downloaded packs. Original music beds or stems cannot be registered with a PRO unless incorporated into a new, substantially original work.

General Rules

✔ You can:

• Edit, process, and use sounds in unlimited projects (within your Edition’s limits).
• Release your projects worldwide, without extra fees.

❌ You cannot:

• Resell, repackage, relicense, or share the raw sounds – original or modified.
• Create your own sample packs or libraries from these sounds.
• Use sounds or music as the main element of a standalone music track, release, or streaming single.
• Extract loops, beats, or musical fragments to make new standalone works or remixes.
• Upload music tracks to streaming platforms (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music) as standalone audio.
• Claim authorship of the original content.
• Use the sounds to train, feed, or develop AI or machine learning systems.

Licences are perpetual (use forever) and non-transferable (only you/your company can use them). The sounds must always stay embedded in your projects.
